I said ok, let me know.I called Arlington Police to report the theft and vandalism and got a case number. 

Also, that there was a new sheriff in town, I'm a former Army SGT, Military Police Officer, with combat experience, and that I don't tolerate shenanigans in my buildings.  

Rents are a little low for the area but as for location....it is downtown across from the police station and courthouse and about 2 miles away from the college. 

The quad plex is right next to the police station and within walking distance to two universities.

I have a couple of spots in my lease stating if they get in trouble with neighbors or local police they are subject to eviction.2.)

There are no leases...a valid credit card is needed and police remove the rare squatter from commercial properties (just like a hotel).

In Missouri, anyone who facilitates a real estate transaction for any fee is required to have a real estate license......sorry, but it's always worth mentioning.....that includes birddogs, but not all states are as strict.Aside from that, very good presentation.Don't forget the mailman, utlity workers can sometimes help, I use to have a police officer let me know what was going on in neighborhoods (without compensation)
