One thing to note is that Venmo prohibits rent collection on their platform unless you sign up with a proper business account.

Like others I would recommend other sites in addition to Craigslist, When I post ads I usually post on the following platforms:1) Zillow - They also push your add to the Zillow affiliated sites Trulia, and Hotpads so you get three ads on three sites when you set-up the ad on Zillow 2) Apartments.com3) Realtor.com4) Facebook marketplaceThese platforms are also a little more professional and has the fill-in boxes for most of what you're asking on the Craigslist ad so people won't feel like you're an email or phone number collector fishing for contacts to sell the information which is common on Craigslist.

They’re  saying- we built this platform,  if you do the leg work and list your own house we’ll get you the comps and do the end paperwork and we do if for way less than the norm. for sure, you need to be hands on before and during the process, but as flippers, don’t you love the DIY option to save a few thousand? 

I know the importance of being able to be found on social media platforms and all but what are some other clever marketing strategies you all are implementing to attract passive investors?

I know a number of STR hosts find ways to build traffic away from the third party platforms.

You can also try investing in property bundle in another country, using one of the popular crowdfunding platforms.

Google - sometimes you can find a MH rehabber with internet research, but you may need to search on several platforms to find one.
