Many wholesalers are too greedy and think that making a phone call constitutes them receiving thousands of dollars - they are wrong.Lastly, This transaction will not take place with these people in the middle, I won't allow it, it has nothing to do with the selling bank.

Besides, if banks consider condos "real" property, unlike a manufactured home on concrete piers, that's good enough for me.The important things I've learned with condos are:- Stick to middle-class developments or better.- Ask around about the HOA and management company.- Make sure the HOA owns the land and does NOT lease it.

Another good fit are medical providers of different specialties or psycologists and a psychiatrist is a very good match.Anyway, point is, ensure the store at the end is not competing with the store at the middle, in time, only one will win out.And, back on topic, you don't have these issues with multi-family, unless it's putting a 30ish single guy who works nights next to a family with small children!

I know at first this site looked like it's promoting a 'general solicitation' form a regulatory standpoint, but the site is operating more like an 'online newspaper' or simple 'online ad site', sort of like craigslist... as opposed to prosper.com, which is "in the middle" of the transaction.
