I was just curious if anybody has any templates they'd be willing to share for the automated messages that you send when guests inquire, they book, a week before check-in, etc...

Just really upset.As @Will Fraser, building supplies have skyrocketed and pine is the new gold.  

Toilets and Tenants is a great facebook group that will help answer local regulations and the person who runs has recurring monthly meetings with guest speakers on local regulatory changes.  

You want to put yourself in the shoes of your guest.

Keep in mind you can charge guests a cleaning fee, that way you know that expense is largely covered.

After all our spring bookings were cancelled, we took one of our listings, which is a guest room in our home, off the market all together and switched the other listing, which is an in-law apartment attached to our home, to extended stay through the end of May 2021.
