So I have been listening too podcasts, reading books and watching YouTube videos on Real Estate Investing for around 2 months now.

Glad to get some clarity on how brrrr can work here. 

We created a cloud folder with pictures and receipts as well as a short video inventory of our units so we had proof for insurance.
