I use incandescent to get a warm glow, LED in kitchens and garages, clear bulbs to get sparkle and use the old style yellow filament bulbs to highlight a great light fixture.  

They aren't really written to teach you anything you can use "right out of the box".If you have the money, sign up with a good on-site mentor.

This year with my business partner we started sharing our knowlegde teaching people about all the aspect we had experience that will make them make money investing in this field.

That only comes with experience and a LOT of self teaching and hopefully some training through your broker too.  

Just curious If you type Josh Can't well in the search button you will see a series of examples that I posted, when you run MLS searches  his information just looks radically different then his hyperbole videos.Just this morning latest example, 6709 Amsel Ave Canton, noticed the listing expired today.He put that one on the market, a year ago today, 6/2/15 today is 7/2/15 Starting price 159,900 over the past year he dropped the price six times, last drop was Dec/28/2015. 129,900For a fellow with state of the art marketing, selling expensive programs to teach students how to sell house at lightning speed for top dollar. 

@Jim Brown, I'm not normally a fan of that style of house either, but I keep running into them as possibilities here in Buffalo, and I think they all look much better with this roof design piece :) I'd love to add something like this if I end up purchasing a split level/raised ranch.
