I've been in the business for almost four years with no knowledge about real estate. My mentor is my business parter, so I grew up in these career giving huge steps. I have experience in residencial sales, short sales, hard money lending, owner financing, mortgages, note purchase, foreclosure, distressed properties, real estate investing, flipping, remodel and so on. In my first nine months as an agent I bought my first investing home, which I sold a year later making an equity of $90k. In the past four years I have more than $5millions in sales. This year with my business partner we started sharing our knowlegde teaching people about all the aspect we had experience that will make them make money investing in this field.
