You can buy two security stickers to stick on the windows and see if that deters the intruder. 

I would worry about the church trying to stick a person in need or with no income into your apartment.

I like to know if you're the type of guy who sticks around, or do you just take all the info I give you then run off to do your own thing after 3 months.In short, I think you need to build more of a resume' so potential mentors know what you are capable of providing. 

I’d recommend reading as much as you can about different investing strategies and picking one that suits you, but you have to stick with it.
