My name is Joao Vieira and I am about to start investing in Real estate - buy and hold strategy , renting to university students . The chosen area in University area of Porto, Portugal. What tips or advises would you give? I would love to connect with investors of Porto .

Even if was possible to get a T2 for 130k, I'm not confident it would cash-flow positively at that price. And
 if the interest rate by any chance starts raising (because the incentives from the BCE are bound to end) it could end up costing a lot of Money.

Those are just my 2 cents, but don't let my opinion Sway you. If you see value I don't, let's brainstorm and evolve.
