I’ve had steady income for 13 years and the only bill I pay besides a phone bill or subscription things is my car payment I’ve had since 2011.

Will this area appreciate/depreciate/stay steady?

I have steady income and good credit but I just closed on my own home last month.

-I believe Oahu has 2 more years of steady price appreciation (about 10% cumulative).  

Many larger companies will do this however there will be folks who can work with you on this if you provide them a steady stream of properties
