I have to pay Kentucky’s $175 LLET every year (along with other minor fees, like annual filing which isn’t much) AND I had to register my LLC in TN and pay $300/yr to them.  

Tax day is upon me and I'm the idiot who who is waiting to the last minute to file the return, should of  had a CPA ..My question is that I did a rehab and repair in the tax year 2016 but wasn't completed until the year 2017 and the property rented out in the year 2017, should I have entered the cost of the rehab/repair cost  in the year 2016 tax return or should I have done the portion of the house that was done in 2016 against the 2016 tax basis? 

I asked for a bid on what it would be to get an Elevation Cert. and file it with FEMA.Anyone have an idea on other companies or how they have lowered their bill?

Net worth equal to the loan amount is not a standard requirement regardless of the loan size. 

Instead of having to file interest income yearly, (next year I may be a non-resident alien, may not be going back to USA), would like pay and to report all gains and interests for tax year 2017.

A new escrow officer without backup will likely reject the file or freeze up. 

I would not want to face a judge with a borrower filing a lawsuit claiming that the loan was improperly serviced.Loss mitigation is doing borrower outreach to try to resolve the delinquency of the loan.
