@Kwame Locks in addition to the advice of going to meetups, here's one strategy I think that would help you find someone to mentor you.As you go to the meetups meet as many people as you can, try and find more about their business so you have a rough idea of what they do and focus on, but more importantly try and ask them what problems they currently have or what they're struggling with.

Besides survey issues you have to deal with HOA's, obtain tax clearance letters from the government and all deeds, except condos, must be attested by the public surveyor before closing (that in itself takes a week).I don't want to discourage you because I think investing in the islands can be lucrative, I have just seen many people from the states go in thinking that because it is the U.S. that it works like it does in the states.

I think you might be googling the wrong terms and of course google is no replacement for local knowledge/help….The “notice to quit” requirement is 10 days.
