Keep searching for a reputable title company.

Personally I would stick with larger reputable title companies.  

Let me know if you find a reputable contractor whether you go with Scott ledge or someone else.

Hey Biggerpocket friends, I am starting to look for a reputable property management company in the metro Detroit area, seeing that I am new to multi unit rentals.My concern is that my go-to heating and cooling guy warned me about a very large property management company in the area that he does work for.

My biggest success in this arena comes from my transaction history, my reputation, and the fact that I don’t ask for money, I offer investment opportunities.

Hello All, In reading through the “Truth in Renting” literature, I understand why NJ has a reputation for being tenant friendly.From what I understand, the landlord of a 4-unit building in NJ must allow a tenant to sign a new lease unless there is good cause.

@Brian Toy there are red flags to look for during all phases of your evaluation.The first phase of your evaluation is to find reputable sponsors to invest with. 

The problem was that the seller (the bank) didn’t have the title for the 1300 square foot manufactured home (built in 2006) on the property.

Does anyone have any reccommendations for some reputable fair contractors in the area?

Can anyone recommend a reputable home inspector to conduct the home inspection?
