But just to be safe, I did just move the Keurig to a new series of outlets to see if the problem persists or moves.I also ordered a new GFCI outlet (the Leviton Pro one that Loren mentioned above since I couldn't find them in stock locally), so I am going to try and replace that next.

2015 was an excellent year for paying off 100% of our debt service on all our holdings and ending the year with a good amount of cash to invest in commercial and residential RE, Stocks/bonds, possibly marajuana related businesses in Colorado and other States as they get on board in the November election.

I made most of my money in my career, but a significant amount in real estate as well in the past five years which have been good to stock and real estate markets alike.That said, once you've made your money, and the Cash on Cash returns drop to the point that you can get the same return (as a result of property appreciation) or nearly the same return in a REIT index fund, wouldn't that be better?

Hi @Constantin Jakobljevich vielen Dank für deine ausführliche Antwort, du hast wohl recht, dass House Flipping nur in dieser Weise Sinn macht, oder wenn man einmal doch großes Glück mit einer extrem unterbewerteten Wohnung hat, was fast schon unmöglich ist, wie es mir scheint.Leider scheint Österreich auch im Bereich Real Estate eine ziemliche Unternehmer-Bremse zu sein.Ich bin leider noch komplett neu im Real Estate Markt und beginne erst mich mit der Theorie einzulesen, bislang wäre mein größter Vorteil wohl einige recht gute Kontakte, jedoch habe ich noch einen langen Weg vor mir, bevor ich beginnen kann.Mein Großvater hat sich vor einigen Jahren zwei Einfamilienhäuser - nicht all zu groß, eines zweistöckig, das andere nur ein Stock, beide mit etwa 120-150 m² Wohnfläche - in der Nähe von Tulln gekauft, diese Grund auf saniert, etwas besser ausgestattet (Sauna, Pool hinzugebaut etc.) und diese nun verkauft.LG
