Apartment prices - Vienna, Austria
Hello guys,
I'm completely new to real estate investing but as I researched for properties online I found that prices are really high at the moment. (A 861 square feet apartment - the usual size of an Apartment an Austrian family would rent out - won't sell for less than approx. 220,000$)
So what would your advices be for me as I want to start investing in House flipping.
