I can cashflow about $1,500 per month on the first house I did this with, so I'd love to do it again.But I'm looking for feedback on what you guys think will work as far as partnerships or other structures to make this a win-win for both parties.

My wife and I are looking to purchase our first multifamily and are trying to figure out what's the best way to structure a partnership for a BRRRR house-hack.

If the kitchen is fully functioning then yes. 

If I find the deal and negotiate it myself, I don't see how our partnership would be mutually beneficial.

Joint Venture partnership might be a good way to go in your first deal.

As you mentioned, the Yoast plugin is in the WP repository and can be edited (which we've done and adjusted some of the functionality as well) and like you mentioned we've given the original author the credit they require in the site code... and in our trainings and anytime anyone asks we're never shy about letting people know it's Yoast as the actual SEO grader on the individual posts and pages.
