I should have specified that we're currently acting on the advice of increased rent by renegotiating leases, so the ~$27,000 will become actual monthly gross before the point of valuation/buyout.We're anticipating that the exiting owners will be VERY strongly opposed to the NOI/(Cap Rate) valuation, due to lack of experience and lofty expectations.
