I'd prefer to exercise a clause in the lease that would allow the lease to go month-to-month if the lease is not renewed and then just get a notice to vacate from the tenant that states her intent to move out July 31st.

We branded the complex The Ypsilanti Towne Center and rented to a janitorial company, a construction company, a church, a hair salon, a medical RNA/CNA training company.

From a medical standpoint that makes sense because when you agitate those surfaces, it would release the lead in the air and expose people around the site.
