Anyone in here transition from medical sales to real estate?

Anyone in here transition from medial sales to real estate or vise versa? I’m two years into real estate and have been killing it but the unknown for the future is what made me apply for a medical sales job. Offer was very lucrative and money will be consistent but my ultimate goal is to get into rentals and flipping. Just need a current career that I know will help me save the most amount of $$ to get me to that goal. Curious if there’s anyone in here from that field and was able to make their goal of investing happen
