I would look to add value for this higher rent by allowing easier lease breaking, providing monthly cleaner ( also a way to keep eyes on the property) monthly home cooked meal in the home and a driver for one night a month.

The last option is their story might be 100% true but experience says it's not worth your time digging through the facts to figure out which is true.On another note, for waitresses, most meals are paid for with a CC and so tips are also paid with CC.

@Linda S.Sometimes you read these chains of responses where each poster is obvious just trying to be holier than the last one...usually when it's a landlord asking about how to stick it to a tenant over something like a stained carpet or a ding in a door.
