As long as it doesn't effect you or your property directly nothing you can do.

Also, when I check the state local court records online I find more charges under a persons name that appears to be the same person but that didn't show up in their report with the application.Is there a standard for how long a person needs to be at their current job?

@Clair Brockway I’d start by spending more time at the cabin (do a second showing for as long as possible, then walk around the neighborhood for a while afterward as well).

I'm OK buying a unit that has negative cash flow as long as the principal reduction and appreciation offset it to an acceptable return.
