Either go online and create it on one of the online platforms (easiest, cheapest, but least legal protection as they are pretty cookie cutter) OR hire an attorney to set it up (most expensive, more involved, high level of legal protection)As far as social media goes, if your create an LLC, use the name of it.

Additionally, this is why we like to use Vacation Rental platforms like Airbnb, VRBO and HomeAway.

it is just the assignment part I looked into the lawyer his legit but I'm not sure he's dealt with real estate investing some re attorneys aren't familiar with these parameters .

It seems like it posts to all of the major platforms (Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc). 

Airbnb is just a platform that you are leveraging as you could any other such as VRBO, vacation rental sites, or even craigslist. 

There may be some legit scenarios where this request makes sense, but there are way more that raise big concerns.... these tenants are often dangling the "carrot" to bribe you to look past something.....So I wouldn't "auto decline", but I would tread lightly and screen them even harder than usual.

Tenants never lie....sellers never lie...what a conundrum.First thought is, if it’s not recorded, then it has effect on you.....if it’s legit, the tenant’s recourse would be against the seller only.
