I'm still figuring out this forum and website, how do you send PM's on here?

Hello,I am analyzing my first property with the Bigger Pockets Rental Property calculator but couldn't seem to get over the hump at what annual property taxes are for this large scale of a property?

Bedrooms are small and no in-room closets (has large-ish hall closets and attic storage however), one of the bedrooms is a walk-through.

I just found this website and its packed full of insight and I'm sure I'm just scratching its potential.

What I don't know is whether you can still see their names on the local county websites.  

Before the sale of the home, I was informed that a large assessment was upcoming to remediate the building which was going to require at least 35k from each owner.

For example, I could just refresh the kitchen with all new hardware or I can open up a wall to the dining area, move the sink/stove, move the HVAC and have a nice large open kitchen space for probably another 10k. 

Could crowdfunding real estate websites be an alternate?

Great website and full of great threads with experienced Investors and Realtors.

My credit is good, but not "excellent" because of lack of credit and new accounts open in the form of credit cards, which I did to build credit. haha I do have 3 bad mark on my credit from when I was 19, that will be going off of my report in a year, thank God.
