I'm thinking some kind of meet up for people investing in Louisville Westend.With all the developments in the neighborhood and city pouring money in there, thoughts on future of investing there.Which neighborhoods in Westend are you investing in, whats your exit strategy and are you self managing or PM.Happy to hear people's point of view.

Personally, I would have the tenant direct deposit the funds straight into your bank account so neither of you are paying fees.I recommend two accounts: checking and savings.

I will check out the lenders referred to me  by PB, but is there any pros/cons to be looking for lenders outside of BP?   

I'm back in town this week I was checking on our deals in columbus. land cost is prohibitive in some ways but with the right group I think we could take down a good deal. there's some new legislation that is pushing density as well  which is favorable for land entitlement. thanks for commenting I'll follow up privately
