Anyone Experience w/ Amres Mortgage?

Donna Johnson
Posted

Amres appears to be highly rated, but their info did not come up while looking for a lender through Bigger Pockets.  I will check out the lenders referred to me  by PB, but is there any pros/cons to be looking for lenders outside of BP?   Anyone have experience/feedback with using Amres.com for rental property mortgage?

Thanks in advance for your insights!

Thanks for the insight, Jay.  Do you have a lender or two that you've had good experiences with your real estate investing clients to recommend? I know not all lenders are licensed in every state (and I'm not currently looking in Nevada) but would reach out to them if so.
