Who's interested in high density development in miami FL. Land costs make it very inefficient to build 1-4 at a time. We try to break that down as much as possible through density and mostly urban infill. Minimum 50 units. Typical land cost at a minimum is 1 million to 4 million on the higher side. Would love to connect and chat further. I live in Brickell and am between miami and columbus for development deals.
