I can call, text & email mine anytime & he always responds very quickly.But not just for RE...My father-in-law passed away unexpectedly & my wife called our attorney on his cell phone the following Sunday as the family met.He spent 2 hours on the phone with my wife & BIL resolving some Trust doc issues.

Also a Wall Street journal or Bloomberg subscription is a cheap way to stay up to date with some economics and business, I’ve found that has giving me some well rounded perspective, although not specifically in real estate.

It's hard finding numbers online because most are unlisted, on a do not call list, change their number too frequently, or have cell phones.
