Hi @Keith Hackett .When I click on the link, I'm taken to a page that does not have the same offerings for both Plus and Pro.Pro members have access to the Landlord Forms included with their annual membership.Pro members have unlimited access to the calculators.Neither of these perks are included in the Plus membership.

State laws vary.Yes I would definitely link up with an attorney or title company to draft or look over your contract for private sellers.

If you were to invest that amount in another market, where you are likely to get the best internal rate of return (IRR) on the sum is where you would invest in.

My statements are to point out that selling at some significantly higher price than something is actually worth is getting into predatory practices, obviously you didn't read the links I took an hour to find for you.
