Being big on spending time with family and friends and trying to foster those relationships I've always wanted to be financially free so I could focus on those relationships that matter most to me.

But it just seems like there has to be some way that you can prioritize your time to get those offers out when you do find a motivated seller.And then find a way to stick on them until either they tell you no or something changes.If it means spending less time digging for motivated sellers, then that would make more sense to me, as opposed to spending more time finding the motivated sellers but not having enough time to do anything meaningful them when you find em.One thing I'd add though is that anybody with your work ethic and drive is going to be successful in this business.

I recently obtained my real estate license (primarily to help with my investing journey but also to learn and help others as well) and I am currently with Long and Foster center city.

So imagine, you'll need to do this for at least 500 homeowners in order to generate a meaningful response.

You can only expense things that don't meaningfully change the useful life of the property.
