I Need to Make More Offers!

But it just seems like there has to be some way that you can prioritize your time to get those offers out when you do find a motivated seller. And then find a way to stick on them until either they tell you no or something changes. If it means spending less time digging for motivated sellers, then that would make more sense to me, as opposed to spending more time finding the motivated sellers but not having enough time to do anything meaningful them when you find em.One thing I'd add though is that anybody with your work ethic and drive is going to be successful in this business.
