Hi Everyone,

My name is Dan Wood and I'm a 2012 college grad now living and working in Chicago doing equity research. I was very excited when I found out about this site because I definitely plan on investing in real estate, especially rental properties. 

For now, I'm reading everything I can get my hands on while I build up capital! Looking forward to meeting people in this community.

Consider checking out HUD homes for small multi's owner occupied gets first crack.

You might consider Niche or Specialized Housing like student housing. Rents can be 2-4 times more. Remember you don't have to own a property to control it.
