If they happen to coincide with when i'm down there I will definitely come to a meeting.The walk from Manayunk to the BSL would be very long, but luckily there's the above ground SEPTA railroad that stops in Manayunk is about a 20 minute ride to Temple.

While neither I, nor those with far deeper economic credentials, can tell you when the train will stop, or whether it will fly off the tracks at tight bend, the further real estate prices diverge from underlaying economic fundamentals the greater the possibility the ride comes to an abrupt stop - even if it later picks up the pieces and gets back on the track.When the music does stop, there will be a lot of folks looking for a place to sit down.

Instead of recognizing fee income for these services the sponsor allows the fees that would have been generated to "ride along in the deal" and get compensated after additional risks are accounted for.
