For deceased owners, you can try to use a company that aggregates the info (as Rick mentioned), check your local newspaper, check to see if the info is online, or go to your county's probate court.  

@Marcus Sedberry, if you own the home in PA that you live in and will have lived in it for 2 out of the previous 5 years before selling then you would qualify for the sec. 121 primary residence exclusion.

Nothing wrong with 'going exclusive' with an agent who knows what they are doing and works hard for you.  

People need to band together, to get information, sign the petition, find out more about the class action lawsuit, see about the newspaper articles we're getting published (me as one).

Speaking of MLS, before you sign, definitely look to make sure it is not a property that is already on the MLS, branded as an exclusive wholesale deal.  

Have a lawyer look over the exclusions to make sure that you are not getting invisible protection.
