For deceased owners, you can try to use a company that aggregates the info (as Rick mentioned), check your local newspaper, check to see if the info is online, or go to your county's probate court.

@Marcus Sedberry, if you own the home in PA that you live in and will have lived in it for 2 out of the previous 5 years before selling then you would qualify for the sec. 121 primary residence exclusion.
