However, there are times when you must ask yourself if your decision is morally and ethically sound and long-term is this the best decision?

@Rohit KocharI can think of a few reasons (ethical and not) that the seller would want you to use her lender, but most likely that is not in your best interest.

Come to terms with the fact you've got to work hard and blaze a path, that you'll always want more and gotta be willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen.Good news is with the right attitude planing and work ethic you'll be limitlessly successful.

As always in my dealings the character and work ethic of the recommendation mean a great deal more to me than their portfolio.

I think the majority of investors have a desire to improve their communities and help people but there's ethical challenges in any industry.
