I NEVER took vacation in the summer. but I usually took from thanks giving to first week of Jan. off or very limited schedule

She did sign a notice of vacating the aparment and on the day she moved out she signed a form for her forwarding address saying she dropped off her keys on Aug 31st.

@GuyozI have have a sfr up there that we were using as a vacation home (now on the market as a rental) and I have been farming them at market.

There is no extra debt and no interest payments.Live in the home and continue to enjoy its appreciation.

Thank her for her suggestion to vacate, let her leave, and be happy when she actually is gone.As far as the restraining order is concerned, she cannot take this course under Massachusetts Law, unless you fall into the any of the following with this person.

We are in a vacation town and airbnb apartments are doing well here) 2BR: $1200 (basement apartment. probably capped at $1200) 3BR: $1700 (potential for raising to $2000) Two 1BRs renting at $875 (we think rent could easily be $1000-$1100) Taxes $9300 (ughh, Vermont) Insurance $1600 (might be a little more since we'd be owner occupied and current owner is not) Heat $1878 (current owner pays heat- place has new windows and new insulation in basement apartment.
