New member southern oregon

Hi everyone, I'm a new member from southern oregon, my wife and I have one single family rental looking to get more. I have basically lived here all my life, I have been in the plumbing trade for over twenty years and if any one has a question about plumbing I will be happy to help, just give me a couple of days to reply. I listen to BP on my IPod at work and it's great.  thanks BP, you help the day go by quicker.  Hopefully I can contribute to the bigger pockets family. Thanks.   Terry.
