A successful investor friend of mine in south FL drops 10,000 pieces of mail each month to find his deals Ten thousand!

Focus on what the outside of the mail piece looks like (if they open it, you are a million times more likely to get a response). 

Replace the pieces that are broke with cedar shake side so it looks almost the same but leave it on, it takes paint great and would be a hassle to remove. 

I am new to this, so I'm all ears for feedback.

In the more immediate future, I would be all ears about how we can help folks outside of the US invest in US real estate profitably.

This is why I encourage you to dig deeper into the industry, and here some pieces of advice: 1.

Direct mail – We will be sending out 250 mail pieces a week.
