That said, if you're looking for one on one mentoring, I'd encourage you to go to the REI meetups in your area and keep your eye out for a wholesaler who meets the description (buyers like them).

I would be happy to keep an eye out on the market for you down here and let you know of any opportunities that I come across.

My goal is to divide the city up in to neighborhoods and decide which neighborhood I should keep my eye on for potential deals.

So, beware of some legal eagle telling you there are ways to circumvent the intent of laws.So, if you really have a valid method to wholesale in Ohio or any state, please share it. :)

Bigger Pockets has definitely opened my eyes that financial freedom is obtainable and they have so much awesome information and tools, I'm about to go pro so i can start analyzing deals.I was thinking about wholesaling to start since i don't have a a lot of money to start investing. 

Builders are very busy in Denver so getting them to pack up and go to Eagle/Vail is a reach that most don't want to tackle.

. + a hammer + gloves + eye protectionand construction grade garbage bagsyour multitool is useful if you cut trough the grout and backerboard to break it into smaller chunks, (preferred method of tile pro's) but YOU HAVE TO KNOW WHAT IS INSIDE THE WALLS so you don't cut a pipe/drain/electric.you put the tool/chisel at 30 or 45 degree by the edge of the tile and after 2-6 hits it should come offafter the first 10-20-30 you will get in a rhythmcheck the lower edge of the backerboard for water damage. if yes, replace, they come standard in 3ft by 5ft sheetsdo you want to replace the bathtub or just refinish (everything is in the prep work)?

I am still working on what options for finding said wholesale deal I want to pursue but so far driving for dollars and keeping an eye on the MLS and having a realtor who works with investors set up a search for me on distressed and foreclosed homes in the Waukesha, Jefferson, and Milwaukee counties.
