Great job in diving right into RE .  

There is tons of information available on this site, so be sure to take it all in while you're diving into the real estate investment industry!

It is akin to learning to sky dive by jumping on a trampoline because you had to learn somewhere.  

We kind of kept going from previous owner, but I will need to dive into it in January when we go back.

If the market goes stale or worse yet, takes a dive, you'll be hard pressed to come up with the funds to pay that loan off or refinance it.

Some of my less-than-savvy non-REI friends have encouraged me to "wait 'til the market dives again."  

I am going a complete 180 from what I own and diving straight into larger Apartment complex deals through syndication.  

Fortunately we don't get very deep freezes here in Tokyo like they get further North, but - raw concrete does soak up quite a bit of water, so I'm betting it would eventually get through.

I started getting involved in investing about 3 years ago with my brother then decided to get licensed and sell retail to get a good grasp of the business and am now ready to dive in and do more deals.I am really looking forward to getting advice and networking with the people involved with the business that are on here,as well as offer any advice i can to help anyone as well.Talk Again Soon,David Boisvert
