Hello BP!

I'm a hopeful new investor from Phoenix that has a full time job with a crazy schedule.  Recently I moved back here from Sacramento, CA, where I'm an accidental landlord of a condo downtown.  If only I found this great site before I'd be better positioned than I am, but it's still a great learning experience!

My plan is to house hack a multi-family within the next few months in Central Phoenix , but I may consider Tempe or Glendale. I've noticed the multi-families are harder to come by on the MLS for numbers that make much sense. I've put in a few offers, but my timing and sometimes pricing seems to be off. I'll find a deal eventually though!

I'm attending classes to obtain my real estate license with the goal of being an investor focused agent.  Any suggestions from people in the valley for good brokerages for part-time agents?

I look forward to joining the AZREIA soon and meeting other local people.  Thanks to everyone here that provide great insight and knowledge!
