I think the value of goods/services exchanged has to be either over $500 or $5000 (I forget which), or there has to be transfer of real estate or the term of the contract has to be 1 year or more.

The reason I ask is because I'm looking to buy a mobile home park and I currently have residential rental properties that I own and have the tenants setup on direct deposit from their bank to my bank; which are set to auto transfer on the 1st of every month.

~ $450 for a bobcat & operator to transfer the dirt from the delivery trucks and into the pool (we were going to just rent the bobcat but found a guy on Craigslist who owned one and was willing to also do the driving of it for about the same price as it would have cost to just rent the bobcat by itself)~ $100 to rent a tamping rammer to compact the dirt So, in total, about $2600.
