Transferring Title to LLC

Hi All,

We are a new investors and recently bought our first property. The title is in the name of 3 partners right now. We have formed an LLC and would like to transfer the title to the LLC. Can someone please define the process on how we can do this. Do we have to hire a settlement company or we can do it by ourself. If we can do it by ourself then what will be the process to do so.
