Calling myself an "internet marketer" for placing an online ad is a bit like calling myself a print media expert because I called Autotrader to sell my car.

I am questioning my brand new career i just graduated into and already thinking of jumping ship and pursuing yet another career in RE, not exactly sure what yet.. was thinking of starting with my agents license and move on from that....I currently own a handful of rentals i collected while in the military, i am averaging between 1200-1500 in income after paying the bare essentials that i would have as sustainable income if i switch to RE, but curious what others have.... i noticed the RE agent i used when i bought last house had an Uber sticker on her car, so i assume she Uber'd on the side...

I would in no way pitch to every rider that gets in my car.

However, my family has had car insurance, and my parents their home insurance through them for decades and they're great to work with.

Breaking or freezing water pipes, floor or water damage from inside and outside of the structure, snow, hail and wind damage, roof damage, what if your tree falls on the house or neighbors car, earthquake, break ins with vandalism and what is covered if someone stumbles over their dog while walking on your property and tries to sue you.
