My brother and his family live there, and he would be willing to be my "boots on the ground" as far as keeping an eye on the property, doing minor handyman repairs, and coordinating contractors for any major repairs.My question is what would be fair compensation for him? 

In my city water is unfortunately stuck to the landlord to pay and I’m not paying for the mother brother sister and cousins to come over and do their laundry on my dime

I've been mostly just reading, chatted a little about Boyle Heights but this week things just got real...My brother and I have been trying to get a deal done for 3-4 months and things keep falling through but we're learning a lot and building relationships with lenders etc.

Up until about 3 hours ago that's the first time I heard that term could you help a brother out.

I live in California and my brother mange’s the place in Mississippi.

So this has been a family run business for some time and my brother was the Maintenance guy and Remodleing guy but he has up and quit.
