I have a Honeywell unit from the Big Box stores that let you remote in with an app on your phone.  

unfortunately, i never explored the RE market in AZ. a few tips that has helped me here on BP, read the forums, blogs, set up alerts, listen to the podcast as well.  

Any tips, thoughts, cautions about using Auction.com to purchase a house?

We can even setup a group using the Slack app too if you are interested.
