New to the investing business and learning about auctions. Understand the need for due diligence. Any tips, thoughts, cautions about using Auction.com to purchase a house? Thank you!

If you do a search on here, there are dozens if not hundreds of posts outlining people's experiences purchasing through Auction.com.  You will better off doing some research first, then come back and ask specific questions on something you need clarification on. No ssense reinventing the wheel each time.
