You will need to work and partner with a varity of talented and passionate professionals out there, but many are inexperienced as we all are when we start, so be aware.Once you have a solid understanding of the basics and find the niche or strategy that aligns with your type of genius, you will know what to do and who to contact.You will need patience, focus, persistance, dilligence and passion.

If you do not have the where with all to put this into effect you must align yourself with individuals or  a group or groups that can feed your pipeline with opportunities.

The better you align his profitability with yours, the better your asset will perform.

It leaves me questioning their competence as a real estate professional, as if they're scared to "go up against" another broker despite my repeated reassurance that I'm looking to COLLABORATE with them to accomplish our mutually aligned objectives of pairing a willing seller with a well-qualified buyer.

Thankfully I aligned with an amazing mentor, and was able to go back full time rei in about 5 months.
