Recent College Grad In Need of Advice!

Hello!

In May of 2019 I graduated the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst with a degree in Finance and a concentration in real estate.  For as long as I can remember, I have been interested in investing in real estate as I can see the life changing potential that owning investment property can have.

I have been on the job hunt now for a few months and have yet to find anything that aligns with my goal of buying my first investment property.  With the ultimate goal of owning and managing a portfolio of properties some day.  I have considered looking further into a corporate job (as a financial analyst for example) but I feel like the paycheck is all I will be able to benefit from that.

I procured my MA salespersons license a few years ago, however I am not crazy about the idea of selling residential real estate right now.  With that being said, I feel as if this may be one of my best bets to learn more about the market and meet lenders and make other connections that would help me in my own personal RE investing.

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas, resources or advice for someone in my position.  Anything at all is appreciated. Thanks!
