These houses are located in great school districts and our tenants want to stay.

It seems to me that wholesaling and becoming an agent both incur costs initially and don't guarantee income, so you would likely pay less off your debt in 5 months starting down one of those paths than you would if you just put your funds toward your debt instead of schools and licensing, etc.
