Patrick, I am by no means an expert but my first thought would be to confirm with county property appraiser what the PIN (parcel identification numbers) is described as and if it can be changed or separatedAlso, the tittle company who will provide insurance may be able to weigh in too.Bank or credit union may help with valuation question.

If you're even somewhat active in the purchasing/selling space, I highly recommend you obtain your Real Estate license for the following reasons:- CE credit often overlaps and counts toward both licenses.

It's crazy how much it varies based on the area.I'm not for sure on the market in Boston but I can guarantee you that if you find anyone in Cleveland, OH doing it that low it's either a scam or some poor soul that has no clue what on earth it is they're doing and the entire experience will be a train wreck from hell.10% is about the best you'll find in this market unless you get 10-15 doors and then the rates may go down but nowhere near that amount.
