LOC on a business account and how it effects your credit.

Hi, I am a buy and hold investor and am looking to grow my portfolio. I would like to obtain a LOC to brrrr properties. I will get the LOC on my business account but I also want to buy another home to live in with my personal finances and rent out the property I am now living in. Can anyone tell me how this might effect my personal credit. Can I do both at the same time or would there be a waiting period before I can get a home loan? Personal credit score is 800.
